Madden starters not playing in playoffs

Quick question. I been grindin my madden and shit and puttin lotta hours into my franchise league. I be making the playoffs and everytime I be losin in the first round for some stupid ahh shit. Idk why but none of my starters be in the game during the playoffs. They be in for one play and then just dip. Shit be frustrating. Any fixes ?
